Managing Director – Tyler J. Krutzfeldt, CFA

Mr. Krutzfeldt is Founder and Managing Director of Mont Vista Capital, a leading provider of investment banking services to the alternative energy industry. Based in Miami, Florida, he is a featured nationwide speaker in the media and at major industry conferences and on public television. Mont Vista Capital clients represent the full spectrum of alternative energy industries from biofuels and ethanol to bioenergy, wind energy, biomass, waste to energy, and CleanTech sectors. Just in the past year, Mont Vista Capital sponsored and conducted Alternative Energy investment panels in Seattle, San Francisco, and Miami. The events were attended by several hundred institutional investors.

Mr. Krutzfeldt holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Board Member of Miami CFA. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Applied Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University. Prior to founding Mont Vista Capital, he was a risk manager and trader at Washington Mutual Inc., Archer Daniels Midland Inc., and the Washington Department of Financial Institutions. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Alternative Energy Resources Committee; and a past Board Member and Treasurer of the Washington Water Trust, a Seattle-based non-profit that restores streams via market water rights transactions.

Mr. Krutzfeldt and his family are 3^rd generation Montana ranchers involved in agribusiness. While working on the ranch, he has managed its natural resources through numerous market and weather cycles, including a severe drought in 1988. This experience is at the heart of his commitment to creating a sustainable environment for future generations.
