Mr. Alan Crain

Alan was recently appointed to the executive team of Seattle Bank in Seattle, Washington. Prior to this role, Alan Crain was the Chief Financial Officer of Cashmere Valley Bank, a regional community bank headquartered in Cashmere, Washington and one of the top 10 rated banks in the Pacific Northwest. The Bank's Financial Services Group was created in 1996. Cashmere Valley Bank reached over $900 million in assets under Alan’s leadership.

Alan is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and the Financial Managers Society. Currently, Alan is a commissioner of the Housing Authority of Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee. Alan is also a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Business for Central Washington University.

Alan received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Central Washington University in 1987 and graduated from the University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School in 1996.

Alan resides in Seattle, Washington and has three sons.
